AT A GLANCE
AtmoRouter provides prepaid access to AI inference. You control your account and API keys, pay for recorded usage, and remain responsible for how you use model output.
1. Your agreement with AtmoRouter
These Terms govern access to atmorouter.dev, its API, dashboard and related services (the Service). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked here. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must have the legal capacity and any permission required to enter this agreement. If you use AtmoRouter for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it. Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
2. What the Service provides
AtmoRouter is an API gateway that routes inference requests to external model infrastructure and provides account management, metering and billing. It does not promise that any particular model, price, feature, context limit or amount of capacity will remain available.
The current catalogue, integration documentation and dashboard describe the available service. Model behavior, response speed and availability can change. Unless separately agreed in writing, the Service does not include a guaranteed uptime or response-time commitment.
3. Accounts and API keys
Provide accurate account information and protect your password, sessions and API keys. Only give access to people or applications you authorize. You are responsible for activity performed using your account, including usage by applications you connect.
Revoke a compromised key promptly and contact [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. A lost API key cannot be retrieved in full; create a replacement and revoke the old key. We may restrict access to protect an account or investigate abuse.
4. Credits, prices and usage charges
AtmoRouter uses a prepaid account balance denominated in USD for service usage. A balance is service credit, not a bank account, investment or interest-bearing deposit. Only payment methods, assets and networks displayed in the payment flow are supported.
Charges can include input, cached input and output tokens, minimum request charges and rounding where applicable. Prices and capacity may change. Request-time billing records and any applicable price limits determine the charge; a current catalogue price does not reconstruct the price of an older request.
We may temporarily reserve funds before forwarding a request and reconcile that reservation when usage is settled. A failed request before output is not charged. A partial or interrupted response can be charged for processed usage. Reducing a client output limit does not reduce the input already sent in a long conversation.
Promotional credits and free access may have eligibility rules or quotas. Account balance does not guarantee capacity within a chosen price limit. Refunds and verified billing corrections are governed by the Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Use the Service lawfully and respect the rights of others. You must not:
- Submit unlawful content, exploitative sexual content involving minors, or material that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual property rights.
- Use the Service for fraud, credential theft, malware deployment, unauthorized access, or other harmful or illegal activity.
- Evade billing, security controls, account restrictions, rate limits or promotional-use rules.
- Disrupt the Service or other users through denial-of-service attacks, abusive automation or unauthorized probing.
- Use stolen payment methods, falsely dispute a valid charge, or misrepresent an affiliation with AtmoRouter.
You may integrate the Service into your own applications if your use and your users’ activity comply with these Terms and applicable model restrictions. Do not expose an account key publicly or represent your application as an official AtmoRouter product.
6. Your content and model output
You retain your rights in the inputs you submit. You give AtmoRouter permission to receive, transmit and process inputs and outputs to deliver requests, meter usage, secure the Service and handle support you request. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit the data.
Model output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or unsuitable for your purpose. Review and verify it before relying on it, particularly for consequential decisions or production changes. Rights in output can depend on applicable model licensing and law; we do not guarantee uniqueness or freedom from third-party rights.
The AtmoRouter name, logo, website design and software remain protected by their applicable intellectual property rights. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service to you.
7. Privacy and request processing
The Privacy Policy explains the data processed to operate the Service, including account, request metadata, payment, analytics and support information. Request content must be transmitted to the model infrastructure that handles your inference. Do not submit data you are not authorized to share or assume that every available model offers the same data-handling terms.
8. Suspension, closure and payment disputes
We may limit, suspend or terminate access where reasonably needed for security, fraud investigation, unpaid or reversed payments, legal requirements or a breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will explain the restriction and how to contact us about it.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion through account settings. Deletion does not automatically refund a balance or erase records that need to be retained for billing, dispute resolution, security or legal obligations.
If a payment is disputed or reversed, we may investigate and reconcile the affected payment and restrict access while the issue is reviewed. Any refund or balance correction remains subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.
9. Availability and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every use. Keep appropriate backups and safeguards for your own applications.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AtmoRouter is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business opportunities, resulting from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits a mandatory consumer remedy.
10. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will show the updated date and provide notice of material changes through the Service or account communications where appropriate. Changes do not remove rights or remedies that applicable law protects for earlier transactions.
Terms about outstanding charges, retained records, intellectual property and disputes continue to apply where relevant after an account closes. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
11. Questions and disputes
Contact [email protected] to raise a service issue, billing dispute or question about these Terms. Include enough information for us to identify the account or transaction, but do not send passwords or full API keys.
We aim to resolve concerns directly. This does not prevent you from exercising non-waivable rights, contacting a competent regulator or using a dispute-resolution process available under applicable law.
